Destiny Games Return/Exchange Policy
New Merchandise:
- Sealed and unopened new merchandise may be returned for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase with receipt.
- Opened new non-Tabletop merchandise may be exchanged for an identical item only if defective for up to 30 days after purchase with receipt.
- No returns on opened or tampered game cards (time, subscription, and point cards)
- No returns on Tabletop Games unless un-opened.
Used Merchandise:
- Used games, systems, and accessories may be returned for a full refund for up to 7 days after purchase with receipt.
- Defective used games, systems, and accessories may be repaired or exchanged for identical item for up to 30 days with receipt.
- Downloadable/installable games disks are not returnable. If the disk does not read, we will repair the disk.
- Used DVD’s, Blu-Ray, and HD DVD’s may be repaired or exchanged (for same movie if in stock or another one if we can not repair it) for up to 7 days after purchase.
Warranties on Repairs and self installed repair parts:
- Diagnostic fees are NON refundable.
- All labor has a 30 day guarantee.
- All store installed parts have a 90 day warranty.
- Please refer to the repair section for full explanation of repairs and warranties.
- All self installed repair parts are sold with no warranties and can not be returned for any reason.
